		<description>sorry to hear it&#039;s getting tougher...although you have the right attitude so I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll be fine.  Not sure if you do this already, but perhaps adding an element of quiet meditation at the beginning of your day will help ease some of the pressure of what your body thinks it&#039;s missing.  When we sit and quietly allow ourselves to be in the moment, it is amazing what power we discover deep at our core.
