Day Twenty One

I am now ready to say I’ve found my totally favorite breakfast.  Pears and kiwi.   2 pears and 2 kiwi (skins and all) makes an almost perfect 16 oz glass of juice.  The fruit is so soft I’ve found it’s best to strain it through a mesh colander to remove a lot of the pulp that can’t help but get though.  The drink is nice and cool because the pears and kiwi are in the fridge.  It is just a touch on the sweet side, but absolutely delishiosshhh!

Now.. if I could only find a veggie drink I like that much.  *sighs*
